The main objective of the machine is to open the laparoscopic gun for reusability. The machine consist of specially designed mechanism to open the electronic board present inside laparoscopic gun with the help of SMC actuators and Mitsubishi PLC controllers.
The major role of the machine is to make the electronic board and insulated shaft ( Dissectors ) of the gun to put into reusability. This reflects in a major cost reeducation role play . The reusable part is N time as per the gun specification.

This station helps to disassemble the gun node and thereby by electronic components are ejected for reusability. This process is carried with the help of SMC Actuator, Mitsubishi PLC . The role of dissembling helps in cost saving process. The pattern is followed for more than 5 LAPAROSCOPIC GUN as per the customer requirement.
This station points the dissector end section and opens the shaft of dissector for its removal. The fixture is specially designed as per the insulated shaft design to achieve the objective within 1 sec of pointing.
The electric panel consists of a single axis linear actuator 9 number ( SMC ) for removal of electronic gun dismantle processing.
The panel has also 4 axis synchronization controllers connected to it parallelly for opening the insulated shaft. With the help of Mitsubishi PLC the processing is obtained through device net communication.
Autonic Laser sensors were used for accurate and precise distance measurement with the output to omron amplifiers.
